最近在吵的事情
大概也吵了一個月了
起源是當年網購郵購興起
為了保護消費者
出現了所謂七天鑑賞期
不過一開始是廠商的拉客的手法
最後變成了法規
而在 手機APP的熱潮下
台灣google在沒有辦法做決定下關了Android Market
惹了北市府不爽 罰了一百萬
過了幾天apple竟然答應了 七天無條件退費的要求
然而在google強硬的態度下
事情一延再延
因為根本就不能買 所以也沒有不能退貨的事情發生
新聞裡有提到歐盟即將推行的法案是十四天的鑑賞期
但是馬上就被打臉了
